Shipping Policy

Shipping is included. Your program price covers your physician consultation, medication, injection supplies, and expedited shipping. No additional charges.

Where we ship

We ship to all 49 states and the District of Columbia. We are not currently shipping to California — this is coming soon. We do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally.

PO boxes and APO addresses

We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases. Our medications are temperature-sensitive and require a standard delivery address.

How long it takes

After a physician reviews your intake and issues a prescription, your order is compounded and verified by a licensed pharmacist at our PCAB-accredited pharmacy partner, then shipped via UPS Next Day or 2-Day service. Most patients receive their first shipment within 3 to 5 business days of prescription approval.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

If something is wrong

If your medication arrives damaged, missing, incorrect, or warm to the touch, contact us at support@verdamd.com and we will replace it at no cost.
